Edsel Benson (Technical Director)
With 22 years of engineering experience, Edsel offers comprehensive expertise spanning site supervision, steel detailing, civil and structural design, and mechanical mining design. He has 20 years of mining design experience across various metals and minerals, including iron, gold, and copper. As a Lead Designer, Edsel has a proven track record of delivering projects efficiently and on time. He is skilled in preparing Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Bankable Feasibility Studies. His proficiency extends to a wide range of drafting software, including MicroStation (2D & 3D), AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Structural Triforma, AECOsim Building Designer, Point Cloud Modelling, Navisworks, and Bentley ProStructure. Additionally, Edsel possesses strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated through successful collaboration with various expatriates and stakeholders. His background equips him to handle complex projects with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results and seamless project execution.
